This journal is intended for daily use. It contains specific sections for daily and weekly reflections so you can become more aware of how you are feeling mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
In the daily section there are 3 categories for questions - morning, movement/food, and evening. Questions are intended to help you focus on on your experience throughout each day.
At the end of each week there is a reflection for you to think about your week. There are some summary questions from the daily entries, but there are also general reflections so you can think more holistically about your week, your life, and how you want your life to feel.
The goal is to take the time each day to check-in with yourself and your body to gather information about how things are going, but to also make more informed decisions about what you'd like to see for yourself and your life.
