A 90-day food journal is to help you improve your relationship with food and understand how your body is responding to the food you're eating. You are invited to write down your food goals and think about why this is important to you. The journal contains 90 days of food tracking across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks to track food and mood before and after meals. Also included is an area to track your water intake to remain hydrated.
